Under-13 accounts remain inactive while Trillion completes its child privacy and consent process. Submitting this form does not activate an account.
We want to collect information from your child to provide a supervised team and athlete account. Your consent is required before your child can sign in. We use your account contact details to associate your consent with you.
Information and use
Account name and email, age range, parent links, sessions and security records enable sign-in and supervision. Your child may submit team messages, profile notes, photos, videos, sports records and responses to events. These support private athlete records and team participation. Sharing with authorized team members and linked parents is integral to these features. There is no public child directory.
Sharing and choices
Linked parents can review youth communications; team members can see deliberately shared team content. Private athlete notes are visible only to the athlete and linked parents. Trillion, Cloudflare and OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites infrastructure process data to operate and protect the service. Consent does not permit targeted advertising, sale, unrelated AI training or public marketing. External embeds, AI and voice features are withheld from under-13 accounts pending further review. You may continue using a parent-managed profile without giving your child a login.
Your rights
Review the Privacy Policy at runtrillion.com/privacy. You may review your child’s information, withdraw consent in Account → Family accounts, and request deletion or refuse further collection through Account → Privacy & safety requests. Withdrawing consent stops the child’s sign-in. Deletion requests are reviewed, including applicable legal preservation obligations.
How to provide consent
Print this page, complete and sign it, then upload a photograph or scan from your signed-in parent account in Family accounts. Do not include identification documents. Trillion’s designated reviewer checks the signed form before approving login. Uploading a form or typing a name into a checkbox does not itself complete verification.
